Acceptance of terms
By using QRGenPro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Use of the service
QRGenPro is provided free of charge for generating QR codes for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or intended to deceive scanners (for example, disguising a malicious link behind a QR code).
Your content
Any text, links, or images you enter to generate a QR code remain yours. Because generation happens locally in your browser, we never take possession of that content.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. QR codes should be tested with a real scanner before relying on them for printed material.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRGenPro and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including printing costs from a misprinted or unscannable code.
Third-party libraries
QRGenPro uses the open-source qr-code-styling library and W3.CSS, each under their respective open-source licenses.
Advertising
The Service may display third-party advertising. We are not responsible for the content of ads served by third-party ad networks.
Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable local law in the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
